Little Flippers:

For swimmers aged 5-10 wanting to learn the basics of competitive swimming. Must be able to swim 15 meters independently.

When: Sunday mornings from Oct 1-Dec 17 offered in three time slots: 8:00-8:30am, 8:30-9:00am, and 9:00-9:30am

Where: Walnut Grove Community Centre.

Fee: $185

(There will be no practice on Nov 5)

Speed Swimming Maintenance Program:

For swimmers aged 6-17 who can swim 50m continuously and unassisted in freestyle and backstroke, who are looking to improve their technique and endurance in the four competitive strokes.

When: September 26- December 17

Tuesday evenings (5:15-6:15pm or 6:00-7:00pm) Tuesday practices will include 15mins dryland and 45mins of pool time.

Sunday mornings (8:00-9:00am or 9:00am-10:00am)

Where: Walnut Grove Community Centre

Fee: $200 for 1 day/week or $325 for 2 days/week

(There will be no practice on Nov 5)

Masters Program:

For swimmers 18+ who can swim 50m comfortably in freestyle and backstroke.

When: September 26 -December 12

Tuesday evenings: 7:00-8:00pm

Where: Walnut Grove Community Centre

Fee: $200

*If determined on day 1 that the swimmer will not be able to complete the standard at the coaches discretion, the swimmer will not be able to participate due to safety and liability considerations. A refund minus the $40 insurance/admin fee will be given.
